Admittedly, this recipe does have a lot of sugar in the form of granulated sugar and corn syrup. Whisk together the eggs and water until very well blended. Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.

Make the pie crust by adding your pie crust ingredients to a bowl. If too sticky, add more flour. Make my gluten free pie crust or use your favorite store bought gluten free pie.

This gluten free pecan pie is made with a mix of honey and coconut sugar. Add milk and blend in well. 1 3/4 cup whole wheat or white flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/3 cup vegetable or melted coconut oil, and 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup cold water, as needed.

Toast the pecans in a 325 degree oven. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, honey, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, salt and ground. In a food processor, puree the chia egg (the chia and almond milk mixture), maple, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, vinegar, vegan butter, salt and cinnamon.

Add eggs and beat in until foamy. Add vanilla (and alcohol if using). Add the brandy and vanilla extract.

Blend until the pecans have. 2 tablespoons butter or ghee; Press into a pie pan.

Recipe step by step directions: Stir everything together to form a dough. Melt the butter and add to the mixture.

Theres no corn syrup in this pecan pie recipe but trust me when i say that this pie is still. From start to finish, not including cooling time, making this pie takes about 1 hour.
